She is passionate about helping individuals and families move, function, and feel their best, while tailoring her approach to each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Elmira holds a BSc and MSc and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Honours from Life Chiropractic College West in California. She has completed advanced training in the Webster Technique, neurologically focused chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, and pediatric and prenatal care, and is committed to ongoing education and professional development.
Her approach is individualized to each patient, with techniques and care recommendations adapted to their needs, goals, and comfort level.Her passion for chiropractic began after seeing the positive impact care had on her own mother’s significant low back pain. That experience inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping people improve their movement, function, and quality of life.
